Call to Meeting

The 82nd Meeting of Alberta and Northwest Conference is called to meet Friday, May 22, to Sunday, May 24, 2009

Location: Millennium Place, 2000 Premier Way, Sherwood Park, Alberta

• Parking is available at the venue.
• RV Camping is permitted on the Millennium Place property.

Registration: Opens 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 22, 2009, in the Foyer of Millennium Place.

Opening: 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2009

Celebration of Ministry: 4:30 p.m., Saturday, May 23, 2009

• The Royal Ballroom of the Coast Edmonton East Hotel (2100 Premier Way, Sherwood Park, next to Millennium Place)

Closing: 12:00 Noon, Sunday, May 24, 2009.

Theme: "Reclaimer, Redeemer, Responder: Living with Respect in Creation"

Questions regarding registration should be directed to the Registrar.

Child Care will be available, if requested. A $75.00 fee will be charged (non-refundable). Please complete the Child Care Request form, which is available from your Presbytery Secretary. Deadline for submission is April 25, 2009.

The Registration and Accommodation Request forms must both be completed and returned, with payment for the meals ordered, before you will be considered a registered Delegate to the Conference Meeting. Each Delegate must register on a separate form, which must be signed by your Presbytery Secretary or the Conference Executive Secretary. If you have registered and are unable to attend the meeting, please contact your Presbytery Secretary, to arrange for an Alternate. There will be no refunds for meals cancelled after May 15.

Please contact your Presbytery Secretary for Child Care Request forms. Youth at Conference program information is available from your Presbytery Secretary or Presbytery Youth Convenor.

Delegates need to determine whether the Presbytery Secretary will be gathering all Registration forms and forwarding them to the Registrar, or if individuals will be forwarding their own forms directly. In either case, payment for the meals ordered must accompany the registration.

The deadline for registration is April 25, 2009. Late registrations will be assessed a $75.00 late fee.
